Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

With the UK government issuing new guidelines to address the Coronavirus outbreak we would like to update you on the Delta-T Devices situation with regards to the current crisis.

We are open for business – but we have introduced comprehensive precautionary measures to protect our customers and our staff in these challenging times.

We have implemented remote working systems which enable our staff to operate from home and provide a high quality service. This means that you can make enquiries and orders through the usual channels – by email at sales@delta-t.co.uk , online at www.delta-t.co.uk , or by phone: +44 (0)1638 742922. To discuss confirmed orders please contact SOP@delta-t.co.uk.

This also means that our Technical Support Team is running. A request for support can be made in the usual way by contacting tech.support@delta-t.co.uk. Your enquiry will be forwarded to the relevant engineer, who will contact you.

Delta-T Devices production is also functional. Please be assured that our production staff are working within strict social distancing protocols and best practice guidelines.

With regards to deliveries there has been no disruption to the systems in place. Public travel may be restricted, but the movement of goods is not, so deliveries will be made as usual.

In terms of meeting face to face with our customers and clients, there will be no external meetings or site visits until the UK government lifts the current restrictions.

As we move forward, the way that we conduct business may change. We will keep you up to date with any notable changes – hopefully for the better.
