The Delta-T software download and installation process generally includes the following steps:
Some of the PC applications require your PC to have an RS232 COM port with a 9-pin D-connector
for communicating with the Delta-T product. If your PC does not have this, you will need to acquire and
install a suitable commercially available RS232-USB adaptor.
Some Delta-T systems include the Psion® WorkAbout. For RS232 COM port communications between the
WorkAbout and a PC you require PsiWin® software. This is proprietary software which is available for
free download from Psion websites.
If you cannot see software listed, or if you need further advice on any of these downloads,
please contact Technical Support. You may also need to check with Delta-T the compatibility of
firmware (eg the PROM version) in your Delta-T equipment.

are covered under international copyright law. Distribution and use of the software is subject to license

The Sensor Library is available as a separate download. You need this only if you have a previous installation with custom sensor types that you wish to preserve. |

This download includes example weather data files from a Delta-T Weather Station and graphs them using Excel charts. The package includes a User Manual illustrating the processes involved. The package requires Excel97 or later, which is not included. There is a selection of chart types appropriate for weekly records, including wind run and wind rose diagrams.
The charting techniques can be applied to typically any weather data file in ASCII format. |
