Network of 80 Swiss weather stations to use SPN1
We are delighted to announce that MeteoSwiss are purchasing SPN1 Sunshine Pyranometers to equip their network at around 80 weather stations in Switzerland. This followed a two year instrument comparison and a collaborative development project between Delta-T and MeteoSwiss. The image shows an SPN1 on Guetsch mountain at 2300m above sea level.
The SPN1 Sunshine Pyranometer is an affordable alternative to shade-ring pyranometers, pyrheliometers and traditional sunshine recorders.
